Special Combined " Aluminum + Zirconium " Oxide Flap Discs !!!
This style flap discs specially made with 3pcs Aluminum sanding paper + 1 pcs Zirconium paper. If compare with normal aluminum or zirconium flap discs, this style discs advantages as belows:
* The calcined aluminum paper supply fast grinding performance
* The zirconium paper supply cooling grinding avoid work piece over heat.
* It's very suitable for middle grinding & polishing requirements and make max of your abrasives cost.
It's impossible for make this style flap discs by traditional auto machines , the machines is totally different with traditional ones especially on the how to "insert flaps to the mould". We can make any style - such like 1pcs aluminum + 1 pcs zirconium , 2pcs aluminum + 1pcs zirconium with this new style flap discs machines.
