Chopsaw cutting disc balance control.

It's very important for control the big size chopsaw cutting discs balance to avoid vibration during cutting !    

1) Two times raw abrasives spreading - see from the photo , the gap between the spreading-knife and mould is different and the 1st is bigger. We call the first abrasives spreading as " tough spreading " and second as " refine spreading". the abrasives grain will be well distributed after this processing. 

2) Checking every piece balance during production for the discs diameter beyond 300mm.

3) Checking the discs surface flatness during packing.
