If flap disc will totally replace of resin bonded grinding disc in future?

If flap disc will totally replace of resin bonded grinding disc in future?

Blueshark manufacturer many kinds abrasives discs for grinding application such like resin boned grinding discs, flap discs, flap wheels.etc. The flap discs have many advantages if compare with resin bonded grinding discs such like :

Also if thinking in the manufacturer position, it's more easy control the flap discs performance be stable than grinding discs, some other issue is need less workers, less power consume.etc.  Also according to our experiences, almost same cost if aluminum flap disc with aluminum grinding disc in same diameter.  But the zirconia and ceramic oxide flap disc with many times cost than grinding discs.
