The Gas-Hole In the Grinding Discs 

Blueshark Abrasives manufacturer many style quality resin bonded center depressed grinding disc, in our views, the gas hole is really important factor which decide the grinding discs performance. For the quality grinding discs, the gas hole should balanced distribute with suitable size for prevent work-piece over heat. In the other hand, the gas hole can let the disc be more smooth grinding hand feeling and Non-clog if distribute well.

There are 2pcs grinding disc in the photo, the left one is the red color grinding discs - this red color grinding disc really popular in S.E AISA market, the right one is the green line super fast grinding disc, both in 100mm / 4" inch and grinding stainless steel 304# for 10 minutes. We can see the gas hole very clear.  After close observing, you will find the gas hole distribute very balanced.  

General saying , if you can't see the gas hole  on the discs' surface after grinding some minutes, the disc absolutely can't be very sharp & cooling grinding performance and easy clog when grinding some materials,  also if there are too much gas holes on the surface, the disc remove stock ability will little down.
