Work piece : No. 45# Steel

Power tools: Dewalt 125mm angle grinder / 1000W

The main testing data as below :

NORTON :

Work-piece weight consume: 1388-1285=103g

Disc weight consume: 183.8-163.5=20.3g

G.ratio = 103/20.3=5.07

BLUESHARK:

Work-piece weight consume: 1285-1203=82g

Disc weight consume: 181.6-175.8=5.8g

G.ratio = 82/5.8=14.13

Blueshark with higher G.Ratio but NORTON with higher grinding speed and more comfortable hand-feeling. The testing exactly proved : “We can't say which discs is BEST , just say MOST SUITABLE !"
