We received one customer from Africa samples request - the same style cutting discs like PFERD abrasives.  We made some samples and delivery for this customer testing and received positive feedback.

For this style cutting disc -  center depressed type without black paper coated on both side, It's no easy control the abrasives grain leaking problem during mass production but our engineers find some solution and solve such problem well .  If the abrasives grain leaking from the mesh of reinforce net , the disc will have bad balance and big vibration during cutting, also the discs strength will not meet the MPA EN12413 standard.
