2) Safety

In most people views, the discs be thinner seems not so safety as those with bigger thickness. But the truth is the thinner cutting discs sometimes will be more safe than thicker ones especially when cut off hard-cutting materials. Why??? the reason is the thicker ones will face bigger resistance & frictional forces than thinner ones. The superthin cutting discs with faster cutting ability than normal ones and will save much of your labor cost. The another hand is they can reduce your work-piece's waste. Suppose you will cut off 10,000 times per year, if using the 3mm thickness normal cutting discs, means the waste work-piece is 10,000 x 3.0mm = 30,000mm=30M, but if using 1.00 thickness superthin cutting discs, the waste will reduce to 10,000 x 1.0mm = 10M.  Now you must know why so thin even your work-piece is not the expensive ones.


4) Avoid work-piece over heating

Some work-pieces have high requirments of surface color during cutting.  Superthin cutting discs cooling cutting ability can max avoid this problem.
