Zirconia Fiber Discs Testing Demo

Blueshark manufacturer professional Fiber Disc with very widely applications including weld grinding, blending, finishing, deburring and high production work especially in the automotive industry.  We can say not any other abrasives wheels have the full-line applications like resin fiber discs. Also the fiber discs with low cost compare to others grinding wheels.

We have done some brief testing of ours zirconia oxide fiber discs with 125mm ( 5" inch ) diameter in 36# grit size. The main testing purpose is checking the discs' max cutting performance ,  the whole testing time is 2 minutes and we can see the sharp & cooling grinding performance of the zirconia oxide from whole testing course. The work-piece is 45# steel and high loading-pressures all the grinding time.
